2.     Pay attention– most people overlook the potential of developing good listening skills. Everyone wants to put their own point across but not listen to the other person. Many times just because we are not heard, we get into conflicts.

3.     Be open minded – Can a tortoise walk forward if it goes into its shell? Because of our experiences, the way we have been raised, the life that we have led up to now, we become closed minded. 1.     Gossip – People who indulge in office gossip are not respected and are often looked down upon. Discourage people who want to involve you in such behavior.
